Account deletion

You can request the deletion of your data from the Champion Spirit application. Data related to orders and financial transactions made in the application will be anonymized, the rest of the data is permanently deleted from the application.

To delete your account, please follow the procedure below:

Compte Client :

1. Connectez-vous à l’application
2. Rendez-vous dans l’onglet “profil”
3. Section “Mes informations”
4. Cliquez sur “Supprimer mon compte”
5. Confirm by clicking on “Delete account”.

Coach account:

As coaches are affiliated with Champion Spirit (contractors or employees), account deletion requests are made by e-mail to cto@championspirit.com.

Within 48 hours of the request, data relating to orders and financial transactions made in the application will be anonymized, and the rest of the data will be permanently deleted from the application.
