Not all sports work the same muscle groups. They involve different movements and the areas of performance (strength, speed and endurance) are affected by different rules. Someone who works toward being more flexible and mobile will most certainly avoid any muscle hypertrophy that could decrease their range of movement.
This is why Champion Spirit Academy offers a number of different training modules aimed at achieving the goal of fitness and peak physical condition provided by a specialist sports discipline. We suggest you work your way through three sports disciplines: athletics, boxing and weight training.
