Passionate about sports, movement and well-being, she has a wealth of experience in numerous disciplines: dance, athletics, swimming, gymnastics and climbing. Her vision: the art of working with the body without equipment, gaining control over the body and getting to know it. Inspired by instinctive training.
Amandine created her AVA method in association with CHAMPION SPIRIT. The goal: To teach athletes a graceful and instinctive way of working, so that they can improve their knowledge of their entire body.
AVA will improve mobility, flexibility, coordination, strength, endurance, balance and dexterity!
